These schedules generate work automatically.

Each active schedule spawns a work order into the queue when its next-due date arrives (minus a lead time). A Contract obligation trigger is auto-generated from an extracted lease term — dredging, inspection, or state-of-good-repair commitments — and carries the governing clause so the work traces back to the contract. The Work Orders queue shows what they produce.
